While Panod and I had pondered the thought of going to the Auto Show kidless this year, we ended up being happy to have the kids tag along to this annual event. It was the first time we've ever gotten to go without a stroller, and it made a world of difference. We were free to roam from show floor to show floor, and even take the occasional *gasp* escalator when it was required of us, without having to search out the nearest overcrowded elevator. The kids jumped from one back seat to the next with a fearsome velocity - I honestly think that they must have gotten into and out of close to 70% of the cars on the main floor! And Panod and I were able to really get our hands on a few cars we had been wanting to see. Here's a rundown of our top picks:
Panod:
Mazda 3
Volvo S40
Subaru Impreza
Lori:
Volvo XC90
Volvo XC70 Cross Country
Volvo V50
Volvo S40
Subaru Outback Impreza
Subaru Forester
Mazda RX-8
Taylor & Ian:
Hummer - all of them!
